Impatiens platyceras merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Balsaminaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Nama ilmiah Impatiens platyceras pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Maximowicz pada tahun 1889.
