Inga macrophylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Trinidad hingga kawasan tropis Amerika selatan. Nama ilmiah Inga macrophylla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alexander von Humboldt pada tahun 1806.
