Iochroma calycinum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Solanaceae (suku terong-terongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Ekuador. Nama ilmiah Iochroma calycinum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Bentham pada tahun 1845.
