Ipomoea eggersiana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Convolvulaceae (suku kangkung-kangkungan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan jumbypotato. Nama ilmiah Ipomoea eggersiana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama (Gustav) Albert Peter pada tahun 1891.
