Ipomoea mairetii merupakan tumbuhan . Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko hingga Honduras. Nama ilmiah Ipomoea mairetii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jacques Denys Choisy pada tahun 1845.
