Ipomopsis congesta adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat bagian barat dan barat-tengah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan ballhead ipomopsis. Nama ilmiah Ipomopsis congesta pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Jackson Hooker pada tahun 1956.
