Ipomopsis roseata merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Utah hingga Colorado barat. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan rosy ipomopsis. Nama ilmiah Ipomopsis roseata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Per Axel Rydberg pada tahun 1956.
