Iris caucasica subsp. nezahatiae merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Türkiye timur laut. Nama ilmiah Iris caucasica subsp. nezahatiae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Adil Güner pada tahun 2021.
