Iris caucasica subsp. nezahatiae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Türkiye timur laut. Nama ilmiah Iris caucasica subsp. nezahatiae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Adil Güner pada tahun 2021.
