Iris danfordiae merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Türkiye tengah dan timur laut. Nama ilmiah Iris danfordiae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Gilbert Baker pada tahun 1882.
