Iris porphyrochrysa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Afghanistan tengah. Nama ilmiah Iris porphyrochrysa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Per Erland Berg Wendelbo pada tahun 1969.
