Iris sophenensis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah STürkiye bagian tenggara. Nama ilmiah Iris sophenensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Michael Foster pada tahun 2012.
