Iris spuria subsp. carthaliniae merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Kaukasia. Nama ilmiah Iris spuria subsp. carthaliniae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Aleksandr Vasiljevich Fomin pada tahun 1981.
