Iris × violipurpurea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat bagian tenggara. Nama ilmiah Iris × violipurpurea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Kunkel Small pada tahun 1929.
