Isachne confusa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari China tenggara hingga Indo-China dan Pasifik barat laut. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan isachne. Nama ilmiah Isachne confusa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jisaburo Ohwi pada tahun 1947.
