Isachne disperma adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Lesser Antilles hingga Trinidad. Nama ilmiah Isachne disperma diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jean-Baptiste Lamarck pada tahun 1877.
