Isachne disperma merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Lesser Antilles hingga Trinidad. Nama ilmiah Isachne disperma pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jean-Baptiste Lamarck pada tahun 1877.
