Isachne hoi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah China (Guangdong, Hunan, Zhejiang). Nama ilmiah Isachne hoi diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Yi Li Keng pada tahun 1965.
