Isachne rigens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Guatemala, Karibia, Venezuela, hingga Peru. Nama ilmiah Isachne rigens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Olof Peter Swartz pada tahun 1826.
