Ischnolepis natalensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan merambat dari famili Apocynaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol di pangkal batang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Provinsi Cape timur hingga KwaZulu-Natal. Nama ilmiah Ischnolepis natalensis diperkenalkan oleh Rudolf Schlechter pada tahun 2001.
