Ischnosiphon cannoideus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Marantaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Venezuela selatan hingga Brazil bagian utara. Nama ilmiah Ischnosiphon cannoideus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Bengt Lennart Andersson pada tahun 1977.
