Ischnosiphon gracilis subsp. sandwithii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Marantaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Guyana. Nama ilmiah Ischnosiphon gracilis subsp. sandwithii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Bengt Lennart Andersson pada tahun 1977.
