Ischnosiphon heleniae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Marantaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kosta Rika hingga Kolombia. Nama ilmiah Ischnosiphon heleniae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Bengt Lennart Andersson pada tahun 1977.
