Isoetes alstonii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Isoetaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Ethiopia hingga Namibia utara, Madagaskar. Nama ilmiah Isoetes alstonii diperkenalkan oleh Clyde Franklin Reed pada tahun 1965.
