Isoetes amazonica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Isoetaceae yang dapat tumbuh di media yang tergenang air (helofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Pará). Nama ilmiah Isoetes amazonica diperkenalkan oleh Alexander Karl Heinrich Braun pada tahun 1880.
