Isoetes anatolica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Isoetaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Türkiye barat laut. Nama ilmiah Isoetes anatolica diperkenalkan oleh María del Carmen Isabel Prada pada tahun 2005.
