Isoetes biafrana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Isoetaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Benin, Kamerun, Bioko. Nama ilmiah Isoetes biafrana diperkenalkan oleh Arthur Hugh Garfit Alston pada tahun 1956.
