Isoetes bischlerae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Isoetaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Kolombia. Nama ilmiah Isoetes bischlerae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Hans Peter Fuchs pada tahun 1982.
