Isoetes gigantea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Isoetaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Brazil (Rio de Janeiro). Nama ilmiah Isoetes gigantea pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1922.
