Isoetes jarmaniae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Isoetaceae yang dapat tumbuh di media yang tergenang air (helofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Tasmania. Nama ilmiah Isoetes jarmaniae pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2021.
