Isoetes maritima merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Isoetaceae yang dapat tumbuh di media yang tergenang air (helofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kamchatka selatan, Kepulauan Kommandor, Kepulauan Aleut hingga Washington. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan maritime quillwort. Nama ilmiah Isoetes maritima diperkenalkan oleh Lucien Marcus Underwood pada tahun 1888.
