Isoetes martii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Isoetaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Brazil (Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro). Nama ilmiah Isoetes martii diperkenalkan oleh Alexander Karl Heinrich Braun pada tahun 1884.
