Isoetes muelleri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Isoetaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Australia. Nama ilmiah Isoetes muelleri pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alexander Karl Heinrich Braun pada tahun 1868.
