Isoetes ramboi merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Isoetaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Brazil (Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul). Nama ilmiah Isoetes ramboi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Wilhelm(Guillermo) Gustav(o) Franz(Francis) Herter pada tahun 1949.
