Isolepis cernua var. platycarpa merupakan tumbuhan semusim atau menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Australia tenggara, Selandia Baru. Nama ilmiah Isolepis cernua var. platycarpa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Stanley Thatcher Blake pada tahun 2002.
