Isotheca alba merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Trinidad (Gn. Aripo) hingga Venezuela timur laut. Nama ilmiah Isotheca alba pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Bertram Turrill pada tahun 1922.
