Itasina filifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Itasina filifolia pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Peter Thunberg pada tahun 1840.
