Ixia confusa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Ixia confusa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gwendoline Joyce Lewis pada tahun 2012.
