Ixora acuticauda merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kalimantan (Sarawak). Nama ilmiah Ixora acuticauda diperkenalkan oleh Cornelis Eliza Bertus Bremekamp pada tahun 1937.
