Ixora casei merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Pasifik barat laut hingga Kepulauan Gilbert. Nama ilmiah Ixora casei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Henry Fletcher Hance pada tahun 1852.
