Ixora macgregorii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Filipina (Luzon, Polillo). Nama ilmiah Ixora macgregorii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Charles Budd Robinson pada tahun 1911.
