Ixora trilocularis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Rodrigues. Nama ilmiah Ixora trilocularis diperkenalkan oleh Isaac Bayley Balfour pada tahun 2009.
