Jacobaea analoga merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Afghanistan hingga China bagian selatan-tengah dan Indo-China. Nama ilmiah Jacobaea analoga diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Augustin Pyramus de Candolle pada tahun 2006.
