Jacobaea erratica merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eropa hingga Kaukasia. Nama ilmiah Jacobaea erratica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Antonio Bertoloni pada tahun 1868.
