Janusia hexandra adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Malpighiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil timur. Nama ilmiah Janusia hexandra pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis José Mariano da Conceição Vellozo pada tahun 1987.
