Jarilla caudata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Caricaceae (suku pepaya-pepayaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko utara dan barat. Nama ilmiah Jarilla caudata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Townshend Stith Brandegee pada tahun 1924.
