Juncus dregeanus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Juncaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kamerun hingga Sudan dan Afrika Selatan. Nama ilmiah Juncus dregeanus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Sigismund Kunth pada tahun 1841.
