Juncus effusus subsp. solutus merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Juncaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kanada bagian timur hingga Amerika Serikat bagian tengah dan timur. Nama ilmiah Juncus effusus subsp. solutus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Merritt Lyndon Fernald pada tahun 1980.
