Juncus heldreichianus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Juncaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Albania hingga Asia tengah. Nama ilmiah Juncus heldreichianus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Theodor Friedrich Marsson pada tahun 1857.
