Juncus heptopotamicus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Juncaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Asia tengah hingga China barat. Nama ilmiah Juncus heptopotamicus mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 1935.
