Juncus planifolius merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Juncaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Australia selatan, Selandia Baru, Chili dan Kepulauan Juan Fernández. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan broadleaf rush. Nama ilmiah Juncus planifolius diperkenalkan oleh Robert Brown pada tahun 1810.
