Juncus setchuensis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Juncaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Arunachal Pradesh, China, Korea, hingga Jepang tengah dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Juncus setchuensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Franz Georg Philipp Buchenau pada tahun 1905.
